Shipping Policy

1. Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Shipping Cost

Shipping is free on all UK orders, with no minimum spend required.

3. Delivery Times

Orders typically arrive within 4–7 business days of dispatch. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

Needs confirming: actual dispatch/processing time — e.g. "We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days of purchase." This affects the total time customers should expect between ordering and delivery.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Occasionally factors outside our control (courier delays, adverse weather, public holidays) may affect delivery — we'll do our best to keep you updated if this happens.

4. Order Tracking

Needs confirming: is tracking provided? E.g. "You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched." Update based on your actual courier/fulfilment setup.

5. Order Changes & Cancellations

We process orders very quickly to get them to you as fast as possible. If you need to change your delivery address, cancel your order, or make any other amendment, please email hello@itsmaria.shop within 12 hours of placing your order.

We can't guarantee we'll be able to make changes after this window, as your order may already be packed and on its way to the courier — but reach out regardless and we'll see what we can do.

6. Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us at hello@itsmaria.shop with your order number and we'll look into it for you.

7. Incorrect Delivery Details

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We're not able to accept responsibility for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer, though we'll always try to help resolve the issue where we can.
